Your expertise in Agile delivery, portfolio governance, and stakeholder management will enable successful collaboration with technology teams and HR stakeholders. Focusing on operational effectiveness, you'll implement Agile ceremonies and enhance portfolio reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Manage backlog refinement and delivery metrics
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risk identification




• Oversee quarterly planning and governance activities
• Develop executive dashboards for portfolio insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
• 5-8 years of experience in Agile Delivery or Portfolio Management
• Proficient in Jira, Power BI, and portfolio analytics
• Robust background in SAFe methodologies preferred
• Experience in HR technology platforms is a plus
