This full time position demands strong attention to detail and a minimum of two years' experience in the securities industry. You will coordinate client meetings, respond to inquiries, and maintain thorough account documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute trades accurately and rebalance client portfolios
• Follow up on client trades for proper settlement
• Coordinate meetings between Advisors and clients




• Provide proactive client service and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation

Requirements:
• Completed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 1
• 2+ years' experience in the securities industry
• Excellent time management and detail-oriented skills
• Knowledge of RBC systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
