Reporting to the Major Projects Director, you will oversee project management with an emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. Your responsibilities will include performance oversight, procurement management, and risk control. Engaging with subcontractors and leading your team to meet project milestones is essential for overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive project team performance and meet objectives
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
• Lead constructability and readiness assessments
• Monitor and update project schedules and cost forecasts
• Resolve disputes and manage project relationships

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in construction
• Four-year degree in engineering or related field
• Required experience in water/wastewater projects
• Familiarity with Design Build or P3 processes
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
