This full time position plays a crucial role in updating and maintaining SAP HCM configurations. Engage collaboratively with business units to analyze and document requirements, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of HR processes. Your efforts will contribute positively to CPKC’s enterprise-wide programs impacting communities and economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support SAP HCM OM and PA configurations and enhancements
• Provide ongoing support and resolve application issues
• Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders




• Collaborate with technical teams on business needs and solution design
• Develop and support testing strategies for functional specifications

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 5 years of SAP HCM experience
• Skills in stakeholder engagement and problem resolution
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is beneficial
