As a Clinical Supervisor, your key role will be to supervise and enhance the quality of care for individuals within Specialized Community Services. You will engage in case management, conduct thorough assessments, and create comprehensive care plans. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding client preferences and fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise care management for individuals in services
• Assist in developing and monitoring care plans
• Engage with stakeholders for coordinated care efforts




• Regularly review and update clinical documentation
• Support incident reporting and risk assessments

Requirements:
• Progress in BCBA, RPN, or allied health degree
• Hold Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Transparent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Unrestricted Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with adults
