In this role, you'll become a vital part of the Nordic Health & Safety function, delivering administrative support throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your tasks include maintaining safety reporting standards, improving processes, and utilizing digital tools. Close collaboration with the Head of Health & Safety and other national H&S; staff will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Improve administrative workflows and reporting within H&S;
• Manage and support digital tools for safety tasks
• Generate reports and presentations for internal use




• Secure quality information from all organizational areas
• Assist with planning and monitoring H&S; activities

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in administration, safety, or management
• Genuine interest in health and safety topics
• Experience with digital systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Proficient in both Swedish and English written and spoken
