Teach music as a Lessons Instructor at Long & McQuade in Pickering, ON. You will facilitate learning for students while delivering engaging lessons in different instruments, from voice to brass.

In this independent contractor role, you'll instruct students in a variety of instruments including guitar, piano, woodwinds, and more. Candidates should have either a music degree or a minimum Grade 8 RCM standing along with relevant teaching experience. Your ability to adapt standard curriculums for individual students will set them on the path to musical success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide private and group lessons across multiple instruments
• Develop customized lesson plans that meet student needs
• Assess and track student progress throughout lessons

• Collaborate with other instructors as needed

Requirements:
• Music degree or recognized diploma is an asset
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing or equivalent required
• Previous experience in teaching music
• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies
• Positive communication abilities with students
