PCRS is looking for a dedicated Team Lead to enhance the Pathways to Education Program. You will mentor a team of Youth Outreach Workers, ensuring efficient program planning and implementation. Your expertise will help strengthen community ties and meet the psychosocial needs of youth across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, mentor, and onboard current program staff
• Assess service performance and track contract compliance
• Partner with management on financial and operational matters




• Foster community partnerships for program sustainability
• Collaborate for effective service delivery and referrals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience serving target youth populations
• Solid background in fiscal management and case management
• Proficient communication and team collaboration skills
