In this role, you'll create structured lesson plans that cater to individual needs while enhancing the overall experience of participants. You will oversee Support Workers, ensuring the smooth execution of activities and promoting a team-centered approach to program delivery. Your passion for inclusivity and respect is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize lesson plans to meet participant abilities
• Employ autism-informed coaching strategies
• Manage Support Workers and Volunteers during activities
• Ensure effective session management and cleanup
• Foster professional communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Minimum 1 year coaching experience
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification necessary
• Passing criminal record check required
• Must perform skating skills for programs

Utilize your coaching talents to uplift Autistic individuals, contributing to a nurturing community with CAN.
