Key Responsibilities:
• Organize lesson plans to meet participant abilities
• Employ autism-informed coaching strategies
• Manage Support Workers and Volunteers during activities
• Ensure effective session management and cleanup
• Foster professional communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Minimum 1 year coaching experience
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification necessary
• Passing criminal record check required
• Must perform skating skills for programs
