Under the guidance of the Director of Youth and Outreach Services, you will be responsible for initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing support within the Outreach Services Program. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake and eligibility assessments
• Create personalized treatment plans with clients
• Lead group counselling and educational sessions




• Collaborate with service providers for client referrals
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of services

Requirements:
• Two years of addiction experience or relevant diploma
• Current criminal record check for vulnerable sectors
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Experience in crisis intervention and safety planning
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR
