As a temporary, full time Parks Labourer, you will play an essential role in performing tasks related to urban forestry, including tree planting and brush removal. Candidates with forestry knowledge and chainsaw operation experience will thrive in this physically demanding position, working outdoors in all weather conditions to support ecological initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute wildfire mitigation activities safely
• Operate landscape and small power equipment
• Participate in health and safety programs
• Provide effective customer service and support
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly

Requirements:
• Grade 10 education and six months of labour experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License
• Demonstrated chainsaw and pruning skills
• Familiarity with forestry equipment and practices
• Ability to navigate challenging terrains outdoors
