Take on a leadership role at the Ernest C. Drury School for the Deaf in Milton. This is a temporary seasonal Team Lead position providing crucial support to Deaf students.

In this role, you will lead student support counsellors and shape the daily experience for students residing at the school. Your responsibilities include monitoring routines, coordinating lodging staff, and implementing effective and inclusive programs tailored for the needs of Deaf or Hard of Hearing students. Your effective communication and leadership skills will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support lodging counsellors
• Develop and oversee student routines
• Schedule and coordinate lodging staff effectively
• Implement programs that support Deaf students
• Lead by example to ensure a supportive workplace

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a must
• Training in Crisis Management or similar
• Proven experience with Deaf students
• Excellent communication in English and ASL
