This full-time, permanent position can be based in multiple locations across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, or Ontario. You will utilize your expertise to design, evaluate, and implement education programs tailored to brokers' operational needs, ensuring compliance with business priorities. Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging, relevant content and facilitate broker training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative broker education programs and materials
• Evaluate effectiveness through feedback and data analysis




• Collaborate with industry partners for training alignment
• Ensure broker education content is current and accurate
• Manage vendor relationships for external training needs

Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Business or Education
• CAIB designation and eight years’ relevant experience
• Robust knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership abilities in team setting
