At Whistler Olympic Park, the Biathlon Program Instructors will provide comprehensive instruction and facilitate safe and memorable experiences for guests. This position requires expertise in biathlon and marksmanship, underpinned by a commitment to customer service and teamwork. Ideal candidates will enjoy working with individuals of different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach biathlon fundamentals to varied age groups
• Oversee firearm safety and range operations
• Maintain instructional areas and equipment




• Deliver other Nordic programs as needed
• Assist in managing event set-up and maintenance

Requirements:
• Biathlon coaching or firearms instruction experience
• Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) required
• Customer service skills are essential
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to outdoor winter conditions
