Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily ski hill operations and employee oversight
• Ensure safety checks and compliance with regulations




• Implement training and operational guidelines for staff
• Manage recruitment and conduct employee reviews
• Support summer camping park operations with coordination

Requirements:
• Ski Area Resort Management diploma is an asset
• 3+ years of lift operations experience required
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
• First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain
• Explicit background check and Full Driver’s License required
