Interior Health is searching for an empathetic Job Developer for a relief role. You will assist adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, helping them reconnect with job opportunities. Focus on building strong relationships with clients and employers, leveraging your creativity, resourcefulness, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in achieving educational and employment objectives
• Encourage clients throughout their employment journey
• Assess job readiness and suitability for various opportunities




• Organize skills training and interview preparation workshops
