Be a pivotal leader at Splash N’ Learn as a swim education supervisor, ensuring a secure, enjoyable environment for children to learn. You’ll work closely with instructors to enhance program delivery.

As part of the aquatic team at Splash N’ Learn, you will lead efforts in maintaining high standards in swim instruction and safety. This role encompasses supervising lessons, engaging with families, and fostering communication to ensure a smooth running of swim programs. Your commitment to safety and mentorship will support both staff and swimmer development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support swimming lessons for quality assurance
• Complete all duties as Instructor/Lifeguard when needed
• Review and assess lesson plans regularly




• Maintain open communication with parents regarding swimmer progress
• Conduct safety inspections and uphold safety standards

Requirements:
• Previous swim instruction experience required
• Current LSS or Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certifications
• Must have Standard First Aid certification
• National Lifeguard or Assistant Lifeguard award needed
• Acceptable police check for vulnerable sector required
