AgeCare seeks a dedicated Health Care Aide to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment. Focus on enhancing residents' well-being through personal assistance and skilled care procedures.

In this role, you will collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans while attending to residents' personal needs. Your main duties will include bathing, feeding, providing routine treatments, and assisting residents during transfers and activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and bathe residents following established protocols
• Assist with secure resident transfers, using proper aids
• Feed residents during meal times with care




• Provide skin treatments as directed by nursing staff
• Facilitate residents' participation in social functions

Requirements:
• Experience in a continuing care environment preferred
• Completion of PCA/HCA Certificate Course required
• Fluency in English for effective communication
• Must be registered with the CLHA
• Preferred post-secondary education deemed beneficial
