• Implement AgeCare’s nursing policies with the RN
• Engage in procedural revisions for enhanced resident care
• Communicate effectively with physicians and health partners




• Provide timely updates on resident health to physicians
• Direct Personal Support Workers in care delivery

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Experience in rehabilitation and geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health regulations
• Skilled in personnel management within nursing
• Excellent standing with the College of Nurses
