Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care for individuals in qathet region, including sheltered or precariously housed populations, within integrated care teams.
The NP will address complex mental health and substance use needs, practice trauma-informed care, and increase access to opioid agonist therapy across diverse settings including collaboration with Tla’amin Health.
