Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate lease transactions from start to finish
• Analyze store performance and market conditions
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations




• Liaise with landlords and internal teams
• Develop occupancy budgets and reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
• At least 3 years of retail leasing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting software proficiency
• Willingness to travel for in office evaluations
