As a Maintenance Leader at CSL, you will guide a small team of 2–3 people, ensuring the successful execution of maintenance tasks. You will lead by example, handling responsibilities from garden upkeep to snow operations during winter months. Your proactive problem-solving and communication with the Operations Manager will be key to this position’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a landscape maintenance crew for optimal performance
• Plan and implement daily work duties and safety measures
• Oversee mowing, pruning, and seasonal property care




• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards
• Handle equipment checks and maintain operational tools

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in commercial landscaping or maintenance
• Experience leading crews for at least 1 year
• Must hold a valid G driver's licence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather
