Become a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner with Weyerhaeuser, focusing on our Grand Prairie manufacturing site. This role will drive HR initiatives and coaching for site leaders.

In this position, you will develop effective HR action plans and support leadership through employee relations and talent development strategies. By assessing organizational challenges, you will implement cutting-edge solutions while being a part of the site’s leadership team, reporting to the Senior HR Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Model core values including safety and integrity
• Facilitate leadership development and performance management
• Champion HR initiatives and diversity strategies
• Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations
• Analyze HR metrics to create actionable programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed
