Based in St. John’s or Dartmouth, this role seeks experienced candidates with a background in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in marine or seafood. Your responsibilities include consulting potential business sellers, managing the negotiation process, and providing strategic market insights to clients. You will also support the Director in identifying new opportunities in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and maintain business seller and buyer relationships
• Conduct consultations to define seller objectives and needs




• Facilitate negotiations and manage the due diligence process
• Oversee transaction documentation and closings
• Offer strategic advice on financing and deal structures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field
• 3–5 years of B2B sales and marketing experience
• Working knowledge of finance in M&A;
• Independent and organized in managing deal pipelines
• Solid communication and analytical skills
