A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic Key Responsibilities: Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the continuous improvement team to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards operational goals.
Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Participate in the "War Room" initiative during peak seasons.
Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower."
Will need to support the change management required by the innovations that the department implements.
Stay updated with the stations’s workplace and the various challenges they might face.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)




Experience with data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Power BI is considered an asset
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset
Core Competencies Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Adaptable, with the ability to act as a change catalyst and support continuous improvement initiatives
Availability for occasional short-distance travel within the QC–ON region
