Montu is seeking an experienced Clinic Learning & Development Lead to own onboarding for clinicians, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and physiotherapists. You will build and deliver practical training across systems, formulary, eligibility and patient pathways to ensure clinicians are ready to work independently and safely.
The role focuses on learning and capability, working with clinical leaders to keep content accurate and up-to-date, while continuously improving onboarding experiences
