Regular property audits and the development of training programs will be key aspects of your role, supporting both Crew Members and Supervisors in their operational tasks. Your leadership will help build a culture of proactive quality assurance across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality audits and property inspections
• Develop and implement clear training materials
• Establish visual quality benchmarks for landscaping




• Support corrective actions for any identified deficiencies
• Track and analyze quality trends for operational improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Horticulture or 3+ years of landscaping experience
• Solid attention to detail and quality assessment skills
• Proven coaching and communication proficiency
• Comfort in field operations and property travel
• Bilingual skills to support training in Quebec and Ontario
