Join Inuvialuit Regional Corporation as a Program Support Worker dedicated to Youth Arctic Sports and Mental Wellness Programs. This full time role focuses on empowering youth and enhancing community health.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote mental wellness, cultural connection, and youth engagement across the Inuvialuit Settlement Region. Collaborating with community leaders and partners, you will work under the Senior Manager of Wellness Programs and contribute to essential wellness strategies, ensuring alignment with local needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate youth-oriented wellness initiatives
• Coordinate logistics for Arctic sports programs




• Collaborate with community organizations and Elders
• Support addictions and suicide prevention efforts
• Facilitate workshops and cultural programming

Requirements:
• At least two years in community or wellness program coordination
• Experienced working within Indigenous cultures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel within the region
