Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Surface and Underground Engineering team workflows
• Oversee mine planning and major construction activities




• Supervise and mentor engineering staff

• Deliver technical reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering or relevant discipline
• 12 years of mine engineering experience
• Proven experience managing technical teams
• Strong skills in project management and mentoring
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern technologies
