Key Responsibilities:
• Print Season Passes following guest purchases accurately
• Approve Season Pass photos via the internal upload system
• Verify Season Pass barcodes for accuracy




• Prepare and execute bulk mailings of passes
• Provide progress updates to the Guest Services Manager consistently

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service prefered in an office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
• Strong focus on detail with proven accurate work
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete computer tasks
