Your role will revolve around delivering OPEB valuation results, leading financial assessments, and guiding analytical staff. You will play a vital role in advising clients on employer health strategies, ensuring accurate projections and effective plan design changes. By presenting valuation results and assisting in business development, you will enhance Mercer's client service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate analyses by junior actuaries
• Conduct and supervise complex actuarial projections
• Draft comprehensive reports for clients
• Guide client interactions and project resolution
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent
• At least seven years in actuarial consultancy
• Advancement towards Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently
