Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate personalized care plans
• Ensure quality patient care through evaluation

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN or RN qualification from an accredited institution
• Capability in wound care or venipuncture preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the role
