In this position, you will work closely with senior members of the Community Development Team. You’ll lead all on-site inspections, prepare various reports, and document every critical phase of construction. Your expertise in inspecting adherence to standards will be key in collaborating with clients and contractors throughout the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site quality inspections for various projects
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and reports
• Archive photographic records of construction activities




• Facilitate construction progress meetings and reviews
• Train less experienced staff in inspection standards

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years experience in municipal inspection work
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or Technology
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
• Positive organizational and communication skills
