Pickering Casino Resort seeks a Sous Chef to lead, supervise and coordinate the kitchen workstation, preparing and cooking food for outlets per instructions from the Executive Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have Red Seal or equivalent, and post-secondary culinary education or 4–6 years in high-volume service, with robust leadership, food safety knowledge and budgeting awareness to ensure a high quality guest experience.
