As the link between government employees and critical support services, you will oversee four primary programs, ensuring effective monitoring and problem resolution. Your polished communication and strong interpersonal skills will support callers on emergency lines. This role requires vigilance and the capacity to think critically while managing real-time safety concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee check-in processes for individuals in high-risk environments
• Answer public inquiries for emergency services hotlines
• Provide assistance to Peace Officers regarding traffic and registration data
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• Work in a rapid-paced environment with rotating shifts
Requirements:
• 3+ years of customer service experience established
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Solid technology proficiency to leverage communication tools
• Experience in a medical or law enforcement role is beneficial
• Must be adaptable to rotating shift schedules
