As an instructor, you will plan and manage learning resources while engaging students effectively. Focus on achieving course objectives through your unique teaching style and various instructional techniques. You will be responsible for conducting practical learning sessions on the use of tools and electrical systems in aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct courses with focus on avionics and safety
• Develop and maintain effective lesson plans
• Meet with students to monitor learning progress
• Facilitate classroom discipline in line with college policies
• Support program accreditation efforts for high standards
Requirements:
• Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's license, Category M1/M2
• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• At least five years of recent work experience
• Knowledge of classroom and instructional management
• Commitment to continuous career development
