Work with PAL Aerospace in St. John's, NL, as a Business Analyst dedicated to requirements management. Contribute to the Future Aircrew Training Program through analytical insights and process enhancements.

This permanent full time role involves collaborating with the Program Manager in tracking and managing business and project requirements. You will lead stakeholder workshops, create testing plans, and implement process improvement strategies to optimize training efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document, track and manage business requirements effectively
• Lead stakeholder workshops for effective requirements gathering
• Develop and monitor test plans while managing defects




• Create process models aimed at performance enhancement
• Assist in preparing project documentation as necessary

Requirements:
• IIBA certification (E or CCBA) or PMI – PBA certification
• Experience in the Aviation/Aerospace sector is a plus
• Proven expertise in process optimization
• Familiarity with tools like MS SharePoint and Visio
• Must obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
