In this senior role, you will lead supplier qualification efforts, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 14001. Your focus will be on identifying and implementing improvements in supplier performance through audits, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure suppliers meet dynamic business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supplier audits and process evaluations

• Support current program launches and readiness reviews
• Analyze supplier quality issues and implement solutions
• Maintain compliance with Multimatic's quality standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing or related)
• 6-10 years of automotive supplier development experience
• Strong knowledge of APQP and PFMEA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
