The ideal candidate will be an experienced HSE Advisor ready to collaborate closely with various teams. You will conduct inspections, support incident investigations, and provide HSE guidance. Your proactive approach will enable you to drive continuous safety improvement in diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HSE support to multiple locations
• Coach employees on secure work practices
• Conduct audits, inspections, and field visits
• Assist with WCB claims and incident management
• Maintain safety policies and hazard assessments

Requirements:
• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Familiarity with OHS legislation in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
• Experience in contractor compliance processes
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
