Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on employment-related legal matters
• Manage litigation from initial phase to resolution
• Represent clients at tribunals and courts
• Draft employment contracts and policies
• Conduct workplace investigations and assessments

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3-7 years of relevant legal experience
• Robust negotiation and drafting skills
• Experience in workplace investigations
