Cenovus seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Oil Sands Operations with your mechanical expertise. This full-time position includes troubleshooting and proactive equipment management.

Located at our Christina Lake site, this role reports to the Maintenance Coordinator. You'll work closely with operations staff, manage equipment inventories, and support work order processes from start to finish. Emphasis on safety and collaboration is paramount in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance on industrial production equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance plans effectively
• Interpret installation codes and engineering drawings
• Provide support to engineering teams with technical guidance




• Lead safety discussions and promote a culture of safety

Requirements:
• Must possess a Journeyman Millwright certificate with 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge in Pipefitting or Machining will be beneficial
• Experienced in using CMMS software (SAP)
• A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license is essential
• Must pass safety-sensitive job requirements
