CIMA+ is in search of a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to lead road design projects from preliminary evaluations to detailed implementations. Your role will have a significant impact on both municipal and provincial transportation initiatives. Engage with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality design documentation and comprehensive project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design efforts for major roadway projects
• Serve as the transportation engineer on MTO projects
• Develop technical reports, drawings, and contracts




• Review plans and manage quality assessments
• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in roadway design
• P.Eng. license in Ontario required
• Proven MTO and municipal project experience
• Proficient with Civil 3D and design software
