As the Resident Experience Lead, you'll work closely with Clinical Managers and foster a collaborative setting among the staff. Key functions include supervising Care staff, managing documentations, addressing family concerns, and coordinating admissions and care for residents. Your leadership will shape a culture of excellence, safety, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Care staff
• Ensure compliance with policies while maintaining care plans
• Manage and document resident care timely




• Serve as a liaison among healthcare teams and families
• Lead team engagements and conflict resolutions

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with current credentials
• At least 3 years of experience in senior care
• CPR (BCLS) certification required
• Proven leadership and emergency handling abilities
• Emphasis on effective communication in diverse settings
