Lead community growth efforts at Google as a Community Development Manager focused on strategic partnerships. This role is based onsite 5 days per week in the beautiful regions of Muhos or Kajāni, Finland.

You bring significant expertise in program management and community engagement to lead initiatives that connect business operations with local needs. Engage stakeholders ranging from government officials to community members to enhance data center influence and outreach. Your impactful strategies will focus on sustainable community development and workforce innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement community development frameworks for data centers
• Foster relationships with local municipalities and organizations
• Lead awareness campaigns about data centers' roles and benefits




• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment
• Engage with education institutions for workforce development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 8 years in relevant program/project management roles
• Robust network in local community and governmental bodies
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluent in Finnish for stakeholder interaction
