• Support onboarding and full employee lifecycle
• Enhance technology use in HR functions and AI integration

Requirements:
• Significant HR management experience with a focus on generalist duties
• CPHR designation or in pursuit is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in managing workplace investigations
• Knowledgeable about Alberta Employment Standards
• Familiarity with HRIS like Payworks is beneficial
