Adecco is currently hiring a Mould Maker for a full-time opportunity with an established manufacturing organization in Markham, ON.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled tooling professional with experience in mould building, CNC machining, EDM operations, and injection mould maintenance.

Responsibilities: Build, modify, and repair moulds, tooling, fixtures, and precision components.

Support tooling improvements and continuous process optimization.

Set up, program, and operate CNC machining centers, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, and related toolroom equipment.

Select machining methods and tooling to ensure quality and efficiency.

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications on moulds and dies.

Troubleshoot tooling issues and maintain tooling records.

Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling design and improvements.

Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T; specifications.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Support team members and collaborate across production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker, Mould Maker, Toolmaker, or related tooling professional.

Strong experience building moulds, fixtures, jigs, and precision tooling.

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T; specifications.





Experience programming and operating CNC machining equipment, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM.

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work overtime or flexible shifts when required.

Experience with Agie/GF and Fanuc controls is preferred.

Experience with GibbsCAM, Solid

Works, or similar CAD/CAM software is preferred.

Injection moulding industry experience is preferred.

Experience manufacturing high-precision components with tight tolerances is preferred.

Knowledge of Moldflow software is an asset.

Experience in quality-focused manufacturing environments.
