In this key role as an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor for customers and directly support the internal repair shop technicians.

Perform double-verification of orders picked by the warehouse team before shipment.

Handle invoicing and generate shipping bills using online carrier portals.

Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or inside sales, ideally in automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial parts.





Functional bilingualism (French and English) to communicate effectively with clients located all over the country.

Proficiency with computer systems and software (knowledge of SAP is a major asset).
