Our Montreal based client is seeking an experiencedSAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP deployment, support, or upgrade projects, with expertise in Sales and Distribution business processes, Resource-Related Billing, Project System, and Customer Service, Plant Maintenance modules.

The candidate should also have knowledge of SAP Finance and Logistics integration (SAP FI-CO / SAP MM), including procurement, purchase orders, and cost elements.

This position requires to work in office.

Key Responsibilities: Provide an expertise, understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise and make appropriate recommendations in terms of best practices for the organization.

Lead Sales and Distribution workstream focused on delivering agreed business outcomes.

Deliver quality solution designs and ensure technology correlates with business requirements.

Help the line of business in defining their needs and guide them to the corresponding functionalities.

Provide and implement strategies to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.





Conceptualize functional analyses and modeling the business processes in correlation of the project scope.

Analyze the as-is and to-be processes and bridge the gap between digital technologies and the business.

Ensure an integrated view of the business functional requirements.

Collaborate with the business and technical SMEs.

Coordinate the solutions development and business functional requirements.

Perform configuration according to business needs.

Provide a finance functional support and expertise during the deployment phases.

Provide leadership during the project delivery cycle.

Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the SAP MaaS/Support team.

Act as a subject matter expert and represent finance functional team, when interacting with technical experts.

Coordinate the integration of solutions and features to projects deliveries.

Develop and implement the best business solutions for the business.

French proficiency is an asset. SAP S/4 experience is an asset ABAP knowledge is strongly recommended.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
