We are looking for an experienced Sr.

Accountant to support financial operations for a manufacturing organization in Aurora, Ontario.

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, strengthening reporting processes, and helping the business close each reporting period efficiently.

The successful candidate will bring solid technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work comfortably with complex reconciliations.

Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring transactions are recorded accurately in the general ledger.

Lead month-end activities, including reviewing account balances, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely financial reporting.

Analyze branch profitability,



gross margin performance Investigate revenue trends, labor, material costs, and overhead expenditures.

Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to understand business drivers and explain financial results.

Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple business units.

Maintain organized records and schedules that support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting needs.
