This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in inspections, along with a solid understanding of safety regulations and construction management techniques. Foster relationships with contractors and clients for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report inspection findings to the Senior Project Manager
• Ensure contract compliance during on-site reviews
• Develop accurate site visit reports on project status
• Collaborate with various disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects
• Address any safety and regulatory infractions promptly
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Technology degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience on heavy construction projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid G license and vehicle for site travel
